What is SocialSafe?
SocialSafe is a really simple to use application that does a lot more than just keeping your online social interactions safe and secure on your desktop. SocialSafe also provides great viewers, enabling you to enjoy your online life offline. You can even export your data.
Currently supporting many aspects of your Facebook and Twitter* accounts, SocialSafe will very soon grow to support many other popular services including LinkedIn, Flickr, YouTube, Wordpress, Blogger, and Foursquare. Keep your suggestions coming..
Friends, Status Updates, Wall Posts*, Photo Albums, Tagged Photos*, Tags*, Comments* and Likes* from Facebook, tweets, Direct Messages, Mentions, Followers and Following from Twitter*; these and more are downloaded to your computer, privately and securely, and are presented in an incredibly easy to use Diary.
* An upgrade to Pro is required for these. Pro also gives you an altogether different way to view your content with "File View". This pulls together all your downloaded data, ready for easy viewing and exporting.

How to use SocialSafe?
Although the SocialSafe app has grown dramatically since it was first launched back in June 2009, with users in more than 70 countries, we have strived to keep it really simple to use. All your backed up content is never more than a couple of clicks away.
A wizard walks you through connecting to your first social network and running your first back up. From there, just click on the main information button to view specific dates, date ranges or navigate through the file viewer. Make SocialSafe your own with the professionally designed themes
