How to schedule backups in Windows XP and Vista using Task Scheduler (and SocialSafe of course!)

Pascal recently posted a blog giving details of how you are able to create a scheduled backup using iCal on your Mac. Well now we have details on how you are able to create scheduled backups on both Wndows XP & Windows Vista. It’s a little more convoluted but works nonetheless.
